Are anti-wrinkle injections instant?
The effect of treatment isn’t instantaneous, but takes effect over a few days full effect will be seen in two weeks. It will prevent wrinkle formation as the muscle attached underneath the skin is relaxed.
Are Anti-wrinkle injections permanent?
The result is temporary and lasts 3-4 months. This time frame is affected by your activity level, metabolism, and degree of current muscular activities.
If I stop having the injections will my wrinkles get worse?
No, when you stop anti-wrinkle injections the muscle will regain its ability to pull on overlying skin and form wrinkles.

There is little to no downtime associated with a G-shot procedure. after the injection, avoid going to wet locations (swimming pools, gyms, steam rooms, jacuzzis, etc.) for 10 days.
Avoid any sexual activity for 5 days.
Avoid any activities that put pressure on the treated area (cycling, horseback riding, etc.) for several days.
What can someone expect from the results of a G-shot procedure?
The results of a G-shot procedure will be immediately noticeable, and typically last four months, at which time maintenance treatments will be needed. Results vary widely among individuals and may not be effective for some.

Doctor Manal Younis, owner of Dr Manal Aesthetics will meet you for your consultation. She will carry out an analysis of your skin and go through her recommendations for the best course of action for you.
There will be a €50 charge for this consultation. This fee will go towards your treatment. This will be payable on booking to secure your appointment.

How long does a treatment take?
This depends on the treatment that is being done. Treatments can range from 10 to 45 minutes long. If numbing cream is needed, an additional 30 minutes is added to the treatment time.
Is there down time after a treatment?
Minimally invasive treatments have little down-time, but swelling and bruising can be expected. Each treatment will have a different down-time and it will be discussed during your consultation.
Does it hurt?
Minimal pain is expected which can be reduced further with topical anesthetic cream.
Please mention if you are allergic to topical anesthetics.
Are dermal fillers safe?
Only non-permanent naturally occuring, licenced hyaluronic acid is used, with proven safety records.
When will I start seeing results?
Immediately in most treatments. Some require a few weeks or a few monts to see full results. This will be discussed at your consultation.
How long will the results last?
It varies with each treatment. To maintain the results, a combination of home maintainence and further treatments are essential.
