About Dr Manal Younis

Medical and Obstetrics Education and Qualifications

• Dr Manal Younis studied and qualified with a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery, and since then has continued to train in the medical field of women’s health, obstetrics and gynaecology.
• FRCOG – In 2015, Manal achieved Recognition of Senior Status in Obstetrics and Gynaecology by the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, London, UK (RCOG).
• Dr Manal has also trained through The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and British Fertility Society in Managing The Infertile Couple and Assisted Reproduction through the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, London UK (RCOG).
  She also has specialist accreditation from the British Fertility Society in both Pelvic Ultrasound for Gynaecology , Reproductive Medicine and Early Pregnancy as well as in Embryo Transfer.
• Manal achieved her certificate in Trans-vaginal scanning in Gynaecology and Infertility from the University of Derby UK.  She has achieved Advanced Obstetric Ultrasound Diploma 
from The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists /Royal College of Radiologists London.  As well as achieving Special Skills module training in Fetal Medicine from RCOG/British Maternal Fetal Medicine Society.
• Manal is a fully certified colposcopist from RCOG and British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
  Dr Manal has achieved Diploma for Women’s Health RCPI Royal College of Physicians Ireland as well as family planning certificates from the Joint Committee for Family Planning Royal College of Physicians Ireland.
• Dr Manal also has interest in research and has published a number of peer reviewed papers in various aspects of women’s health.

The above wide variety of training and experience has developed her passion in various aspects of women’s health that incorporates the mental, physical and emotional well-being of a person.

Experience

Dr Manal has extensive experience in the medical profession through working and training in various respectable medical facilities around the world, and has long standing obstetric and gynaecology experience.  She has worked in very busy hospitals in Ireland and internationally.  She trained in assisted reproduction and managing sub fertility and worked in the assisted reproduction unit Rotunda Hospital Dublin.

Dr Manal has also worked with the Ministry of Health in Libya in the field of Medical Education and Reproductive Health.  Globally she has interest in women’s health, and healthcare system development and humanitarian response.

Dr Manal has worked in places of armed conflict, national disasters and humanitarian response and shares a global interest in woman's health with international organisations.

Personal Information

Dr Manal Younis is a hard-working mum to five children. She has continually worked and educated herself from the outset of her career.  She is passionate about women’s health and well-being throughout their life journey.  She strongly advocates the empowerment of women and through her work helps them to feel a reinforced sense of self-worth and self-confidence.

Aesthetics

Recognising the importance of holistically treating a woman, Dr Manal developed an interest in Advanced Medical Aesthetics since 2008 training in various courses internationally.

Dr Manal was one of the first doctors in The Middle East to incorporate medical aesthetics into gynaecology and helped establish and train doctors in various aesthetic clinics.

Her sound knowledge of medicine anatomy and the wide and fast developing global market of medical aesthetics make her the go to person for safe and effective medical aesthetics.
